This online workshop will give delegates a deeper understanding of how behaviour originates in the brain and how to apply that in a business context. Understanding the brain is imperative for leaders and for those of us wishing to build strong, sustainable relationships in order to successfully engage others during change and culture transformation. What we now know about the neuroscience of threat and reward, psychological safety, mindset and social pain has huge implications for our lives, both personally and professionally.
By understanding the brain, we are better equipped to minimise the detrimental impacts of stress and create teams and work environments where performance, engagement and wellbeing are optimised.
The workshop will be run by Deborah Hulme, founder of change, engagement and neuroleadership consultancy, Minerva Engagement. Minerva exists to improve organisational performance and wellbeing and Deborah works across organisations to agree, develop and implement strategies that impact behaviour, build trust and deliver high performance.
The attendees will leave the day able to identify how to best support leadership to sustainably transform organisational culture whilst maintaining and enhancing employee wellbeing. This includes introduction to tools, techniques and methodology that can be practically applied within the organisational setting. By participating in this workshop delegates will understand:
