In today’s evolving business arena, every leader must be prepared to lead her organization through periods of disruptive innovation and rapid change. The Executive Women in Leadership VIP Programme will help you optimize your individual performance and your organizational impact – while achieving new levels of confidence and success. Using business cases and an active learning model, participants will learn how to asses, analyse and act upon complex business and personal issues. The business case method is rooted in real-life experiences, which helps to develop analytical skills, sound judgement and leadership potential within each participant.
You will gain the following from attending the course; a clear understanding of the challenges facing women in business and personal lives. An analysis on your strategic leadership style, identification of what career success personally means to you and help on how to navigate an organizational culture or even start your own business where gender is probably a challenge.
The programme will be led by one of our trainers who is an expert in the field of Middle East and Asian gender diversity who has worked with a wide portfolio of clients with a global reach. She has written several articles for publications aimed at HR, Finance and IT leaders.
