The Annual International Brilliance Awards 2022 took place on Thursday, 1 December at the Millenium Gloucester Hotel and what a fantastic evening it was!
This is the 10th year these awards have run and yet again we had a crop of great entries – some of which really pushed the boundaries of outstanding practice and leadership.
Thank you for entering and thank you to our judges who have reviewed, sorted, scored and debated the applications. We’re lucky to have such an esteemed panel who so generously gave of their time.
The evening was hosted by Anna Hemmings, Britain’s most successful female marathon kayaker with a staggering eleven World and European Championship medals, 9 of them gold. Anna opened the night with a moving, and inspiring speech on brilliance and sustainable high performance.
“It was a real privilege to host the International Brilliance Awards 2022. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the finalists and celebrating the winning entries. It was an inspiring event with so many outstanding achievements and deserving winners,” Said Anna Hemmings, MBE, Olympian, World Champion and CEO Beyond the Barriers Training Consultancy.
The awards gala was a great evening of excitement and celebration. Everyone should be proud of the immense positive impact they’ve had on employees, businesses and communities across the UK and overseas. The significance and importance of the Awards should not be underestimated, they prove that the business is thriving and positive, and we can’t wait to see what success 2023 brings.
‘What a superb cluster of entries, thanking the finalists and the winners, the next step would be to sustain your initiatives and ensuring that they continue to have an impact on the business, employees, customers and your communities’, added Mahmoud Mansi, International Brilliance Award Judge
Dear Brilliance Award Winners, be proud of your resilience and efforts over the last year – we can’t wait to do it all over again next year!
