2021 Brilliance Awards - Winners Announced!

Celebrating Brilliance!

The International Brilliance Awards 2021 recognised the best in Internal Communications, Human Resources, Marketing & PR and in Business from all over the world. The awards celebrated brilliance among practitioners and consultants in a range of fields.

Hosted by mindfulness practitioner Kareen Griffiths from Calmify, and organised by BOC Global Event Group, the winners from the 28-category shortlist were announced at a gala dinner on 9 December 2021, Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel.

This has been a great evening of excitement and celebration, seeing the best in the business recognised and rewarded after such turbulent times. Everyone should be proud of the immense positive impact they’ve had on employees, businesses and communities across the UK. The significance and importance of the Awards should not be underestimated, they prove that the industry is thriving and positive, and we can’t wait to see what success 2022 brings,” said Kareen Griffiths.

London’s premier venue, the prestigious Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel gave a very warm welcome to over 200 guests on Thursday evening for The international Brilliance Awards 2021, award ceremony and gala dinner.

This year saw a record entry to the Awards, highlighting the growing importance of the awards. As always we would like to shine the light on all the organisations who have put themselves forwards and the judges who are leaders in their fields who have taken the time to review entries.

Consistently, creativity emerged as a key theme in this year’s winning entries. Clear objectives and disciplined execution were the hallmarks of the submissions that caught the judges’ eyes in 2021. Judges repeatedly praised the winning entries on clear objectives, based on deep research and understanding of the challenges, coupled with good strategy, excellent measurement and fantastic feedback.

The evening entertainment, Drum Café team were the surprise of the evening, with their mesmerising South African drumming number, with everyone dancing to tunes from DJ Padrino.

We’d like to, once again, extend our gratitude to our judging panel for their time and expertise and most importantly a huge thank you to all our entrants. Be proud of your resilience and efforts over the last year – we can’t wait to do it all over again next year,” said Kareen.
