International Brilliance Awards Announces the Winners of the 2020 Marketing & PR, Business, HR and IC Awards.
This is the sixth year, these awards have run and yet again we had overwhelming response with great entries – some of which really pushed the boundaries of great practice; proudly encompassing a multitude of exciting and vibrant business industries from all over the world.
A huge thank you to our judges who have reviewed, sorted, scored and debated the entries. We’re lucky to have such an esteemed panel who gave so generously of their time.
In what, we all agree, to be a time of uncertainty, we are inspired to see strong, vibrant and diverse businesses that year upon year develop and grow their products and services to befit its new audience and situation. It is a real testament to the resilience of all of you and your organisations, that in times of such difficulty you take time to recognise and celebrate excellence wherever you see.
Consistently, simplicity emerged as a key theme in this year’s winning entries. Clear objectives and disciplined execution, with compassion and care were the hallmarks of the submissions that caught the judge’s eyes in 2020.
Once again, dear Finalists and Winners- we congratulate you! and sincerely hope this award will encourage you and your team to further scale up your excellent work and look forward to hearing of your new success stories in December 2021.
Brilliance awards prides itself on the validity of its awards and winners. The awards are given solely on merit and are awarded to commend those most deserving for their ingenuity and hard work, distinguishing them from their competitors and proving them worthy of recognition.
The award was hosted by one and only Tom Griffin.
We could not help but include a handful of testimonials from yesterday’s awards:
“we have been fortunate enough to have been involved in several online ‘gala’ award presentation events this year. Yours stood out in two very distinct ways.
1 Being friendly, relaxed, engaging and authentic. The ONLY one to be a meeting vs a webinar including the winners and their teams by inviting them to give thanks and feedback live. This was especially valued by my team. That made it all very human and aligned with the new normal we are all experiencing and a model of how leaders need to behave with their employees. This was especially valued by my team and I am sure by others too.
2 The deep congruence conveyed by Tom and the micro Random Acts of Kindness that he espoused and encouraged… This is what 21st century leadership is all about and we all applaud you as an organisation and Tom the man for showing us the way. Wonderful!
Very nicely and smoothly done in a very relaxed, professional and human style”
