Course Design
BOC Course duration ranges from 1 days to 3 weeks. All of our courses are designed to be very informative, interactive and engaging. The courses are enriched with practical examples and case studies.

Language
All BOC courses are conducted in English. However, for overseas courses, we provide simultaneous interpretation to those participants who are not fluent in English.

Course Hours
All of the courses start at 9am and finish at 3pm with break for lunch and tea/coffee breaks as appropriate.

Before the Course

Visa Requirements

International delegates are expected to make their own arrangements for UK visas (if required). Participants will also need to arraign their own accommodation and travelling.

Visa Support letters will only be issued once full payment has been received. Please note that our Terms of Business are not subject to obtaining the visa.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the course fees. However, we will be pleased to assist in bookings with various hotels and apartments. Please visit our Accommodation page for recommended hotels.

Joining Instructions

Joining instructions, including venue details will be issued approximately two weeks prior to the course.

During the Course

Course Material

Delegates will be provided with relevant course material upon arrival.

Refreshments

Light refreshments and a buffet lunch are provided during all BOC events. Any special dietary needs must be advised before the start of the course.

Dress Code

We ask the participants to dress business casual or in business attire.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
